Property Precautions and Updates

We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

The wellbeing of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance.

Face Coverings

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. Our health and safety measures include the following:

  • Compliance with all minimum state and local guidelines related to COVID-19
  • All team members have been trained on our new protocols
  • Utilization of EPA-approved cleaning & disinfecting agents that kill the COVID-19 virus
  • Face coverings required as part of uniforms for all team members
  • Hand Sanitizer Stations at high traffic guest touch points
  • Signage throughout public spaces on cleanliness, social distancing, and hand hygiene
  • Elimination and/or offering alternative options for any shared-use items that can’t be cleaned after guest use
  • Limiting team member room entry during stay (housekeeping, in-room dining)
  • Surface disinfecting wipes in guest rooms


  • Dining Hours:
    • Breakfast: Available on Saturdays & Sundays from 7 – 11am at La Bella Vita, serving an a la carte menu
    • Lunch: Available Saturday from 11am – 5pm at Enoteca Lounge
    • Dinner: Available Friday & Saturday. Walk-ins are accepted from 4 – 9pm at Enoteca, and La Bella Vita will be open from 5 - 9pm, with reservations highly recommended.
  • Housekeeping:
    • To limit the frequency of interaction between our associates and guests, we will not be entering or servicing your room during your stay. Please call the front desk (or text us at 207.994.5208) for fresh towels and supplies. Used towels and trash can be placed outside your entry door for pick-up.
  • Activities & Amenities:
    • Spa: Friday, 3 - 6pm; Saturday, 9am – 5pm
    • The Club: The indoor pool and gym is open from 7am - 7pm Sunday - Thursday and 7am - 9pm on Friday & Saturday.
    • Gift Shop: Friday, 3pm – 9pm; Saturday, 9am - 9pm; Sunday, 9am - 12pm. Occupancy limit of three persons at a time.

    • In-Room Dining (Grab-and-Go is available)

We ask that anyone who feels unwell or has been in recent contact with someone with COVID-19 postpone their travel for the safety of other guests and our team members.
