Samoset Scoring Schools

Maine Golf Schools

Looking to improve your game? Or take it to the next level? Attend one of our scoring schools and your game can get to where you've always dreamed of.

All areas of the game are covered in our golf schools including irons, woods and hybrids and the short game to include putting, chipping and pitching.
Our instructors will help you develop more confidence on the golf course by improving such skills as lengthening your drives, improving the accuracy of your iron shots and showing you how to save countless strokes around the greens.

  • Teach you the ball flight laws so you can recognize your own swing flaws, make corrections and create an individualized practice routine for you that will improve your swing fundamentals after returning home.
  •
  • Help develop a pre-shot routine that will establish solid, consistent fundamentals to aid you in the execution of the many different types of shots you will face on the course.
  •
  • Improve your short game feel by teaching you the time-tested techniques that will allow you to master pitching, chipping, bunker play and putting, which together, represent over 60% of the shots you encounter on the course and the fastest way to lowering your scores.

We also look at and evaluate your current equipment and make recommendations for proper set make-up and custom fit our golf school students.

All of our instructors are PGA Professionals with many years of teaching experience. We use high speed JC Video analysis system to show you exactly where your swing errors are and our golf professionals will work with you to correct them.

The overall success of the Samoset Scoring Schools is a combination of on-course instruction, low student-to-teacher ratios and simple, basic fundamentals that emphasize each individual player’s core strengths to adjust weaknesses. In short, our schools can take your game to where you’ve always dreamed it should be.
