All existing 178 luxurious hotel rooms and suites feature complimentary wireless internet, king or queen beds, voicemail, coffee makers, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers and luxury amenity products. Each guest room has either a private balcony or terrace overlooking the ocean, outdoor pool and lush gardens or our awarding winning golf course - the perfect accommodations for a quiet moment, a cozy interlude or an evening cocktail. Pet Policy

Unfortunately, Samoset Resort is unable to accommodate pets. We apologize for any inconvenience, local kennels are available.

Cancellation Policy

Hotel guests, notification of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's lodging and tax or package rate. Condominium rental guests, notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's lodging and tax.
