The Spa at The Samoset is expanding our season and year round provider team. Employment openings for massage therapists, nail technicians, and estheticians are available. Exceptional skill levels and a professional work ethic are needed to deliver an unforgettable spa experience to our guests. Previous day spa or resort spa experience strongly preferred, but not required. Must be adaptable to learning new modalities and treatments with multiple product lines. Available schedules include a mixture of days, evenings and weekends. A practical skills interview will be required.

 

Spa Coordinator

The Samoset is seeking qualified Spa Coordinators for year round/seasonal employment. We are a highly successful spa and this position provides guests with their first impression of a confident, professional staff and exceptional spa experience. Applicants must be comfortable with face-to-face customer service and interacting directly with spa guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: discussing and upselling all spa services, and retail products, appointment scheduling via phone, walk in or email inquiries, spa guest check in and POS procedures, efficient multi-tasking and problem solving, maintaining amenities and a serene environment in all areas of the spa at all times, inventory control, plus preventing guest recovery issues with a professional guest relations attitude. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Spa Director, as needed.

Previous day spa or resort spa experience, either as a provider or in a spa administrative role is required. Experience with SpaSoft or similar spa scheduling software is preferred, but not required. Available schedules include a mixture of days, evenings and weekends. Seasonal applicants must be available through Mid-October.

 

Sales Coordinator
Immediate opening for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as Sales Coordinator. Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria: detail oriented, organized, excellent writing and verbal skills, pleasant phone demeanor, strong customer service skills and ability to analyze report data. Knowledge with Delphi and Opera systems, excel, word, outlook, publisher and power point a plus. Hospitality Management degree beneficial but not required.
